Fulfilling orders can become as simple as pushing a button with JAPEC's integrated PPS system. Here is the play by
play on how it works:
Our warehouse becomes your warehouse for 3 months, or 3 years, as YOU require and as makes the most financial
sense to your operations. There are no limitations on space. You may only need 100 sq ft for a single rack, or 3,000 sq feet for massive inventory. We
have flex warehouse facilities so we can expand or contract as quickly as our clients require with no big jumps in overhead. If you think you may

- JAPEC provides warehousing for whatever products you sell online. (For many retailers, the online sales channel carries only a portion
of the products that are available in-store.)
- Your online orders from customers are received through the JAPEC E-Store system. Orders can only be placed when there is sufficient inventory
to fill those orders so you are never caught short.
- You review the order, then click one button - 'PPS Fulfill' to push the order to JAPEC.
- JAPEC receives the order into our PPS System. We print out packing slips, and pick the order for shipment.
- Order is reverified, then scanned back into the system to generate a shipping label and close the order. JAPEC seals and ships the box with
its regular shipping pickups.
- The JAPEC E-Store System updates the E-Store Dashboard side to change the order status to shipped, include tracking information, and automatically
email the end customer with tracking information and shipping confirmation.
- The merchant can check inventory levels at anytime to see if the JAPEC warehouse needs additional product, and anytime product is received
the inventory system is automatically updated for the benefit of both the merchant and end customers shopping online.
- The documentation, including return address, all list YOUR COMPANY, not JAPEC.
- JAPEC accepts returns to inventory (per YOUR returns policies)
